In-house Training Courses
In-house training courses are available based on information contained in The Benefits Directory and The Revenues Directory web-based knowledge management solutions
The courses are available for presentation to -
- Local Authorities
- Housing Associations
- Welfare and Advice Agencies
The courses are developed to Introduction, Standard or Masterclass level. Any specific part of a current Introduction or Standard course can be developed to Masterclass level on demand
Masterclass Training Courses
Masterclass training courses are available based on information contained in The Benefits Directory web-based knowledge management solution. Every year LA Directories Ltd hosts several Masterclass Courses.
Masterclasses are aimed at specialist staff who need a deeper understanding of the subject to be able to manage or train staff administering that issue, and provide a networking opportunity for staff from different Local Authorities who have the same responsibilities
